tops.

i think nader's caution of "get ready to be disappointed [with obama's presidency]," is such a valid criticism. the rampant fanaticism surrounding obama, especially at the beginning of his campaign, is such a dangerous element bc much of it was void of real substance. people didn't know his policies, didn't know his stance on important issues, and, worse, didn't care about his failings with regard to int'l policy, war, etc. uninformed and, worse, mis-/dis-informed voters are such a dangerous element in the electorate. i just don't think obama will be able to accomplish the real kind of change we need in only 4 years or maybe 8 years, especially in terms of creating a new green energy infrastructure.

Yeah. Plus, all that money he promised for domestic investment, where is it going to come from? The AIG bailout alone cost $30 billion. I think that was the price of Obama's healthcare policy. See ya. Add to that an additional $800 billion to a trillion for the rest of Wall St. ... Obama needs revolutionary reregulation of the financial sector so that it is taxed effectively to make money for the many. Only Nader has posed this idea.
