Fox News featured photos of Steinberg and Reddicliffe that appeared to have been digitally altered -- the journalists' teeth had been yellowed, their facial features exaggerated, and portions of Reddicliffe's hair moved further back on his head. Fox News gave no indication that the photos had been altered.Here's the news segment:

this is both childish and obscene. looking at the rather cartoonish and obviously and poorly doctored pictures, fox news had to have known the pictures likely wouldn't be taken seriously, but why do it in the first place? is this a game to fox news? is their view of mass media's role simply as a game to be played, without professional, or perhaps ethical, considerations?
i agree, fucking poor taste. the hubris continuously exhibited by fox news astonishes me.
I think Fox must have a really cynical view that its audience is stupid.
