just read an interesting articlethat sort of talks about some of reasons why the media may not be paying much attention. maybe obama and surrogates are not playing up melty faces' gaffes, which might help convince people on the fence that mccain doesnt actually want to help them.
The top economic adviser you mention is who called us whiners is "Foreclosure" Phil Gramm, a former senator whose business and political policies helped bring about 1) Enron and 2) the current mortgage crisis.
